The maintenance of the machinery will not be interrupted. The winch will be maintained regularly. The inspection and maintenance measures will be taken for a period of time. The damaged parts and some easily damaged parts will be replaced in time. Proper maintenance can avoid unnecessary trouble during operation.

The important parts of the winch shall be observed and inspected at any time, such as brakes, clutches and stoppers. Pay attention to their operation and damage, and eliminate the faults as soon as possible.

If the winch has not been operated for a long time, it shall also be checked and repaired when it is used again. During the shutdown of the winch, it shall be parked in a ventilated and dry position for better maintenance to prevent moisture and corrosion.

During the disassembly and assembly of the winch, pay attention not to collide with the mating surface, check the wear of the friction surface, the wear of each gear and bearing, the wear of each rotating part and connecting part, and the electrical components. If it affects the use of the machine, it shall be replaced in time.

In the early stage of checking the electrical equipment of the winch, the power switch must be turned on in advance, and the electrical must be kept clean. Therefore, the dust and greasy shall be cleaned regularly, and the contacts shall not be greasy, burned or oxidized. The contacts shall be smoothed with fine sandpaper, and the insulating ring shall not be cleaned with gasoline. In order to prevent the core surface of the iron head armature from rusting, The machine should be lubricated regularly, and then cleaned. Each section of the cast iron sheet of the resistor should be checked frequently to see if it is broken.

Drilling rigs can sample underground deposits or be used to install underground production equipment, such as underground machines, instruments, pipelines and hoistways. So, how to maintain it after daily use?

1、 Items for regular inspection of drilling rig

1. Inspect the main structure of the drilling rig, bolts of structural connectors, connecting pins of structural members, welds of various structural members, hanging basket structure and safety protection conditions, especially before entering the site for use, ask a qualified unit to test its safety performance, and use it only after it is qualified;

2. Regularly check the condition of various power heads, working cylinders, drill bits and drill pipes;

3. Regularly check the drum anti wire rope falling off device of the winch, the height of the edges on both sides, the condition of the drum wall and the number of weeks of the wire rope tail on the drum, especially the condition of the brake port, which should be checked at any time;

4. The main inspection items of the electrical system are: the setting of special electric box, short-circuit protection and leakage protection devices, emergency power-off switch, electric box damping device, fixing of cables on the working device, lighting lines, grounding wires, etc;

2、 Items to be inspected by the drilling rig at any time

1. Check the consolidation of wire rope end;

The inspection contents of the steel wire rope are: the number of safety coils of the steel wire rope, the selection, installation and lubrication of the steel wire rope, the defect inspection of the steel wire rope, such as the diameter and wear of the steel wire rope, the number of broken wires of the steel wire rope, etc;

2. Check the pulley system of the drilling rig at any time, mainly including the condition of the pulley body and the anti rope skipping device of the transition pulley;

3. Inspect the traveling system of the drilling rig at any time. The main inspection items are: pipe walking of the pile driver, conditions of the clamping plate and hook pipe system, sleeper laying, etc;

3、 Make maintenance records of the drilling rig, and make detailed records of the replaced spare parts to ensure that the spare parts are used within the validity period, or master the time of the next replacement at any time;

4、 If any fault is found on the drilling rig, the operation shall be stopped immediately and shall not be used until the fault is eliminated.
