1. Pay attention to the daily maintenance of the winch. Remove the steel wire rope, open the oil plug and inject half a kilogram of grease into the drum with an oil gun every 1-2 months. Then remove the connecting screw between the retaining plate and the large internal gear ring, and inject a certain amount of grease through the screw hole.

2. The lubricating grease in the drum body must be replaced after the overhaul winch operates for three months; If it is not used for a long time, the exposed part shall be treated with rust and corrosion prevention.

3. Minor repair and overhaul shall be arranged for the winch according to the actual use: a minor repair shall be arranged according to the actual operation of 300 hours. The minor repair content is to repair the external parts such as brake assembly, so as to eliminate the faults caused by them. The left and right brake assemblies can also be used interchangeably to refuel the bearing in the bearing support and replace the sealing felt ring. Generally, minor repair can be carried out on site.

4. The overhaul period is 1800 hours, which includes dismantling all parts, checking the wear degree after cleaning, replacing or repairing worn parts, replacing lubricating oil everywhere, and comprehensively restoring the working capacity of the winch. After the overhaul, it must be run in and painted and renewed. The overhaul should be carried out in the machine repair yard.

5. The parts and components that often need to be replaced during maintenance are:

(1) When the asbestos brake belt is worn for 2mm, it shall be replaced, and the corresponding rivets shall also be renewed;

(2) If the gear is seriously worn and affects the normal operation of the winch, it shall be replaced;

(3) If there are metal peeling spots on the ball after bearing rolling, or abnormal noise and abnormal temperature rise occur during operation due to bearing wear, it shall be replaced.
